:: HELLO STUDENTS!
If you're a new student in Cambridge, we'd love you to join us on the exciting mission God has called us to.
Our passion is to help you love God more, become more who he's made you to be, and to live for God's glory in your generation.
You can see below some of the things going on for students at City Church, but if there's anything you want to know, or any way we can help, come and talk to us on a Sunday morning or get in touch.

:: MINIBUS
To help you get to church in the first term we run a minibus for each service (starting 11 October). It picks up at Homerton (8:45 and 10:45), the coach stop on Queens Road (9 and 11) and at Murray Edwards College (9:10 and 11:10). If you want a lift, just hop on. We'll even drop you back again afterwards.

:: CATALYST
ask the big questions
Catalyst is an opportunity for you and your friends to hang out, drink some beer, listen to live music and ask some of the big questions.
Catalyst will happen on three Sunday evenings in each of the first two terms (we figure you may be kind of busy in the summer term...)

:: FRESHER GROUPS
If you're a fresher, then joining a fresher group is a great way to get stuck into church life. They're designed to help you get to know other first year students at City and grow in your faith together.
The fresher groups meet on Tuesday evenings at 7:30, giving an opportunity to worship together and delve deeper into the teaching from Sunday mornings at City.

:: STUDENT SOCIALS
Our students get up to all sorts. We don't organise a social programme as such, but we'll probably head to the pub/cinema/curry house every now and again.
To keep up with what's on, or invite everyone round to yours for a cup of tea, join our facebook group.

:: STUDENT AT BRICKFIELDS
Once a term we like to get together, worship God, pray and eat cake (or dougnuts, we're not fussy).
This year we'll be meeting at Brickfields (the church building) in the evening on 8 November, 14 February and 23 May. |
